Since the 2015 James Bond movie “Spectre” featured
such a dazzling Day of the Dead parade in Mexico City,
Mexico’s tourism board decided to actually throw one
this year so as not to disappoint the tourists who might be expecting one.
Until this year, Mexico City had never had one.
