What CAN They Do?

In a timely follow-up to “What Won’t They Do?”, posted in January, the Missouri Supreme Court ruled that homeowner’s associations (HOAs) cannot bar residents from installing solar panels on the roofs of their houses.

 

Now, even if people who wouldn’t want data centers or energy plants in their neighborhood won’t take steps to reduce the need for them, at least their neighbors can.
