There’s a lot I love about Idaho, but the legislature kind
of creeps me out.
First there’s the guy who wants to use live bait to hunt
wolves, and says he’ll stake out the family dog as the bait. (Run, Fido! Run
far!)
Then there’s the bill about the invasive ultrasounds for
women getting abortions. No matter how you feel about abortions, this is one
icky bill.
Less creepy, but still annoying, is Rep. Phil Hart, who has
refused to pay taxes since 1996.
Unfortunately, I don’t get to vote against all of them, only
the ones in my district.
