Global Perspective

May 11, 2013

The Idaho Statesman reports that Zoo Boise will be adding an exhibit of animals and habitat mimicking Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique. Funds raised from the exhibit will help support the park and its conservation efforts.

A Statesman reader called “300UltraMag” wrote:
I recently went to the zoo, for the money spent it was not worth it.  How about more native animals.  If I wanted to see exotic animals I would book a safari.

So a trip to Africa is doable for you, but a drive down the Banks-Lowman Highway is not?
