I append here, verbatim, a letter to the Statesman from a
young man who is concerned about the welfare of the deer and elk population
here in Idaho:
An issue that concerns me is
the article about the deer and elk in the winter. I hope they can get through
the winter. This concerns me because my dad and I want to go hunting next year
after moving to Idaho last year.
