Florida schools are going hog wild with book censorship.

One of the books pulled from the shelves was a graphic novel of George Orwell’s 1984—a book about censorship.

I’ve mentioned before that I didn’t think that, in the books, Jack Reacher was as smug as the movies and TV show have made him. He always seemed to me more like Spencer Tracy in “Bad Day at Black Rock”: He wouldn’t start trouble, and he’d even try to avoid it. But if you pushed him—THEN he’d take care of you. 

 

Just sayin’.

I've been re-reading some Jack Reacher books and I've decided that, yeah, he can be pretty smug. Never mind.
