Idaho’s dairy industry wants to make it a
crime for people to film operations and expose cruelty in their plants. One year
in jail and a $5,000 fine is the proposed penalty.
Unanswered questions:
1. What
penalty does the industry propose to give the dairy guilty of the cruelty?
2. Why
don’t they just act right to start with?
