One Australian family won the lottery
because they bought a ticket after their European vacation was canceled. (“COVID-Induced—Wealth?”,

Another Australian family also struck it lucky—this time because they accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong drawing.
The family’s mistake won them over $450,000.
If I ever go to Australia, I
will definitely play the lottery.
