He Won in a Landslide—But There Was a Problem

The mayor of a Romanian village won his re-election with 64% of the vote.

The only problem was that he had died about 2 weeks before the election.

The ballots were pre-printed. Is it possible that not all the citizens had gotten the news?

 

There will be a special election to replace him.
