California governor Gavin Newsom decided to put Texas’s “anybody can sue
over an abortion” statute to good use.
He wants to allow citizens of California to sue in order to enforce a ban
on the sale and manufacture of assault weapons.
If he could pull it off, it would be an ironic twist.
