They ALL Need Some Training

From the “Lamest Excuse Ever” Department:

 

A guy with an Asian last name got his bill from a major hotel chain emailed to him after he checked out. Typewritten below his name were the names “Ching and Chong”.

 

Initially, he didn’t make a big production out of it. He contacted the hotel chain’s executives, asking about the sensitivity training it had talked about in March 2021 with regard to anti-Asian sentiment.

 

Executives responded that          A) The incident had happened at a franchise and

                                                          B) It may have been a typo

 

So, it appears that                         A) Applicants need typing tests

                                                          B)  Executives need marketing skills

                                                          C)  Everybody needs that sensitivity training
