The paper just connected the dots for me:
The guy behind the Loop Trolley, the biggest boondoggle of the century, is the guy who owns several restaurants in the Delmar Loop, where the trolley was supposed to be running.
I think that he should give free lunch for a month to every business owner and employee whose livelihood was disrupted by his pet project; and a free lunch for a week to every taxpayer who had to shell out for it.
