A court case dealing with a physical altercation between some local politicians keeps getting delayed because one woman’s attorney can’t get her hands on a recording of the incident.
The city in which the dispute took place says that the only copy of the recording was sent to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney.
Only copy? Sent how? It’s the digital age. Are they telling us that they packed up a videotape and mailed it to the Prosecuting Attorney?
Even to this Luddite, that seems unlikely.
