It seems that the good citizens of Broward County, Florida will be ponying
up $25 million—for starters—to compensate the families of victims of the
Parkland school district massacre.
And the school district of Oxford, Michigan is being sued for $100 million—from
the first, but probably not the last—lawsuit being filed in that school
shooting.
Is there a chance that taxpayers may stop listening to the NRA and start
paying attention to their wallets when it comes to allowing all and sundry
access to lethal weapons?
