The natural gas company in the St. Louis area lost a discrimination lawsuit brought
by a former employee. Now they want to build the legal fees into their next
rate hike, so the customers can pick up the tab instead of the shareholders.
Clearly, whoever did their sensitivity training did a lousy
job. As did whoever trained their public relations people.
