Since St. Louis won the settlement from the Rams football team for costing them millions for a stadium and whatnot, there has been much discussion on what to do with the “windfall.” Many people had community-improvement projects that they thought the money should be spent on.
Only one person wrote into the paper and said, “Why don’t we use the money to pay off the stadium and get that burden off the taxpayers’ backs?”
Wouldn’t you think that that’s where they should have started???
