What Doesn't Kill You Is Probably Something You're Not Eating

For years, lots of us thought that we had the perfect solution to a health food that tasted good: Dark chocolate. Full of this, that, and the other thing that’s good for you, as long as you don’t eat more than an ounce a day.

 

Now, though, it turns out that eating an ounce a day of most brands can load you up with heavy metals that are not excluded in processing, and which are very detrimental to your health. 

 

Another one bites the dust.
