The St. Louis jail has been under fire for quite some time for the way inmates are treated. An oversight board was appointed, but was blocked by the jail commissioner from actually seeing what went on. Recently, a lawyer took photos of an inmate’s injuries; and now the jail is saying that attorneys can no longer bring their phones into the jail.
If it’s pictures they’re after, though, lawyers have lots of options. There are cameras in watches, in glasses, in necklaces, etc.; and they’re easy to come by. They’re no longer just for spies like James Bond and Mrs. Pollifax.
So, visitors to the obstructive St. Louis jail, hop on the internet, buy your gear, and go get those photos.
