It is ASTONISHING how many people in Donald Trump’s inner circle say that he was over the edge on the night of the election and later. They TRIED to tell him, they say, that it was all over, that he had lost—but he just wouldn’t listen.
These are the same people who refused to admit in subsequent months that the election wasn’t stolen. Ivanka and Jared are basically cutting the guy loose; and they’re blaming Rudy Giuliani for egging him on.
I’ll bet Thanksgiving at the Trumps’ will be interesting.
