Some officials and restaurant owners in San Diego County are confused by a judge’s ruling that strip
clubs are exempt from rules closing restaurants due to COVID-19.
Two strip clubs sued the county and state about the restrictions, and the judge ruled in their favor.
One
restaurant owner asked if the ruling meant that restaurants could open, as long
as someone was stripping. If so, he was willing to go the extra mile to keep his place
open.
