The House of Representatives can’t decide on a Speaker. 11 votes as of this writing.
The obstructive (as in Never Cooperate with a Democrat) Republican isn’t far enough right for the whackadoodles that have been elected in the last couple of years, so he’s having trouble getting a majority.
I wish I thought they’d eventually elect a sane person who will actually champion legislation that’s good for the country; but I’m not optimistic.
