Donald
Trump’s lawyers have appealed the $10,000-per-day fine levied by a judge for
contempt of court.
What
fascinates me is that he actually found lawyers to represent him, given his
public refusals to pay previous legal teams.
Maybe it’s more of a marketing tactic on the part of the lawyers than it is a way to make money. It could be a way of saying to future clients who would actually pay, “Look, if we can pull this one off, just think of what we can do for you!”
